Pros

Employee benefits are well-structured, including comprehensive health insurance. Work-from-home flexibility adds to the overall work-life balance

Cons

Working in the Support team here is very stressful and there is no real work-life balance. Management has ego issues and the environment feels more like political party than an IT company. Job security is very poor, as support staff are treated like salespeople and forced to meet unrealistic targets. If targets are missed, employees can be asked to leave immediately. There is also excessive micromanagement and frequent conflicts between the India and US teams, leading to a toxic atmosphere marked by favoritism and regional bias. Employees are pressured to compete and follow directives without question, which undermines morale and respect for the India team. While the company does offer certain employee benefits, they are overshadowed by the unhealthy work environment and lack of genuine support from management.
