Pros

Reltio brings cutting edge technology to enterprise-scale master data management, and this creates new - even disruptive - opportunities for companies who use it. Cloud setup, rapid data onboarding and powerful data relationship discovery drive super-fast time-to-value. Combined with an embedded platform for analytics, AI and ML, it opens up many new and powerful use cases and applications. That makes work interesting and engaging. Customers consider it mission-critical and are highly engaged. As a company, Reltio expanded quickly and experienced some growing pains as most successful startups do. Management has responded by bringing in some seasoned executives who know how to scale a business. Many of the problems have already been fixed. The company takes its Values very seriously. For example, a focus on Customer First resulted in entire new departments for Customer Success and Partner Success and a complete revamp of Support processes. HR is proactive and looking for feedback all the time, and acting on it. The recent introduction of employee-manager continuous feedback software is a good example. Management is open and honest all the way up to the CEO and the culture is highly collaborative. The CEO is brilliant and not afraid to try new approaches. There is a very high percentage of really great people, working hard to be successful together.

Cons

New employees who aren't accustomed to flexible hours, flexible vacations and personal time management discipline can easily be overwhelmed. The company is serious about enabling a good work/life balance, but the onus is on the employee to manage their time. New hire orientation and onboarding need improvement. Documentation can be hard to find and there are a lot of internal systems that require training. On the plus side, everyone is really helpful so just ask a lot of questions.

Pros

Clear vision and value, communicated constantly and consistently from the top down. Everyone knows how their work contributes to the overall effort. The culture is the best I've seen in 15 years of corporate environments.

Cons

Some typical growing pains of small companies, but that's to be expected.
