      Pros

      Reltio has flexible work hours, superior management and a great work environment. Within a year of working for the company I've had the opportunity to talk to our C-level executives face to face. Working for a place where everyone's input matters.

      Cons

      Reltio's pros outweigh the cons by a landslide. The only negative thing I can say is I wish I would have joined sooner!

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, and autonomy are off the charts. Very relaxed management with a clear vision of where we are going as a company.

      Cons

      Typical cons associated with remote work (sometimes slower response, office camaraderie, etc)...however I'd say the pros certainly outweigh the cons in terms of flexibility and work life balance.
