      great product, excellent market position, high quality sales team and engineering

      normal growing pains, all of which are acknowledged and are being addressed by management

      Pros

      Everyone at Reltio is motivated and talented. The employees believe in the product and the mission. This shows on a daily basis with the effort and commitment of the team. The management team instills confidence that the company is headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      It's hard to find too many cons. The one I can come up with is that being a start-up, Reltio is very motivated to deliver fast, innovate and accelerate. This can make it a bit harder to create an ideal work-life balance. However, the vacation policy is great and I've never been denied taking some when I wanted.
