Do not join unless you are okay with office politics and toxic environment
Pros
- Some of the people are good - Used to be a great place earlier when I joined - Good place to learn if u are lucky to be placed under right people
Cons
- The CEO has lost all essence of the product and just chasing the clout at this point. - Late night calls are expected and normalised - Overtime is not rewaded or appreciated. It's just expected - No transparency is decision making. - People randomly getting layedoff without any word. - The upper senior management will fire people, give little to no hikes in the name of cost cutting but will not stop their company sponsored tours to Europe and US Most of all - I have noticed clear case of favouritism and bootlicking. There have been cases where people are openly invited to events without explanation on the criteria. Contribution doesn't get recognised. Toxic workplace
