- No transparency is decision making.
- People randomly getting layedoff without any word.
- The upper senior management will fire people, give little to no hikes in the name of cost cutting but will not stop their company sponsored tours to Europe and US

- I have noticed clear case of favouritism and bootlicking. There have been cases where people are openly invited to events without explanation on the criteria. Contribution doesn't get recognised. Toxic workplace
