      Pros

      I liked working for Remedy because they put me in a wonderful environment. I worked for CVS/Caremark as a contingent. I did customer service helping members and doctors offices with ordering prescriptions.

      Cons

      I was not able to be hired permanently as there were no openings. I would have liked to be a full time permanent employee.

      Anita has a very pleasant personality. She made me feel important. She is very enthusiastic and she delivered. She said she will help me and she actually did help me a lot.
