Pros
Short check when needed. An avenue to build your resume. Get to work at different companies. Direct deposit.
Cons
Client corporations hard on temp employees. You will watch people with no experience at the job get hired off the street before you. Its discouraging. Hard to get assignment that pay what you need. Will be doing the same job as the regular employees for less pay. They don't protect you from client company false accusations and abuse. You get fired from assignment that's it. You will get another assignment though. One that pays less.
