Pros
I have been with Remine for a bit over a month. I came from a company that is a competitor, so I am afforded the opportunity to compare apples to apples. I am a work from home employee, but I feel very connected to the home office. The benefits are very good. The pay is very competitive. The overall morale of the employees comes across as a family. It is a laid back get the job done feel that I immediately found to feel like home. It is exactly what I was looking for and I am blessed to be on this team. The communication is very open. On my first day one of the owners actually helped me with my password...one of the OWNERS! That is not something that you find in many, if any, companies. Cons
When working from home you don't get any donuts from the kitchen or get to attend the local fun activities that the home office seems to do together often. But at least you get invited!
