      RTO is only 3 days (for NOW) Free Tues and Thurs lunch (Wed and Friday have been removed) Coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Trying to become like Amazon New CEO experimenting Leadership pushing AI for employee performance without full understanding of how to use AI at scale Projects move very slowly and the valuable ones get dropped due to empire builders and mismanagement United Healthcare insurance is terrible Work life balance has been decreasing over the years Bleeding top talent, constant trickle of good people quitting

      - decent total comp - stock pricing is reliable-ish - nice new office building - workload is relatively light if you come from a high bar company - good mix of genders and ethnicity - free lunch tuesday/wednesday/thursday and good snacks

      Cons

      - completely inept upper management - mostly inept product people - tons of churn - remote teams in canada, poland, and israel - culture & values are a lie, but don't matter to the job much

      Lots of constant reorganization as well as shifting priorities makes for a rapidly changing landscape. Difficulty finding focus.
