Their "values" and "company culture" are extremely toxic. If you’re thinking of applying, be careful—you can be fired for literally anything. While I was there, many people were let go without any proper announcement. One day they were there, the next day they were gone—CSRs, supervisors, you name it.
They had the nerve to shut down an entire department and send out an email claiming it was “best for the company,” offering counseling to the remaining employees. How does closing a whole department without proper notice and laying off over 80 employees make them look good?
All you can do is focus on your work and avoid conversations—no one can be trusted. You could be reported for saying something that doesn't “align” with their values, and the next day, you're out.
I simply can't recommend this company to anyone. It’s the worst place I’ve had the displeasure of working for.
