Management is thoughtful, humble, and willing to empower employees. Other engineers are really strong technically and a joy to work with. Culture is healthy and collaborative. Deep engagement with the domain - treats transit agencies as peers and not an archaic industry to be disrupted.

Lunch not provided every day? Overall I've been happy with nearly everything so far.
