Supportive team and real work-from-anywhere flexibility

Genuinely one of the most trustworthy and supportive companies I've worked for. From day one, leadership has shown that they believe in you and in the product, and that comes through in how much room you're given to grow. It doesn't feel like a top-down environment — people are treated like adults who can be trusted to do great work, and management actively helps you get to where you want to be in your career rather than just expecting output. The people here are genuine, easy to work with, and clearly care about doing things the right way. On top of all that, the work-from-anywhere setup is real and well-supported, not just a perk on paper, which makes a huge difference to day-to-day life and work-life balance.
Cons
Being fully remote and spread across time zones means it can sometimes be hard to get everyone together at once, whether that's for meetings or just casual catch-ups, nothing that outweighs the flexibility, but worth knowing going in.
