- Toxic senior leadership. Allowed to publicly be rude and dismiss lower levels on Slack. No consideration for how people might take the feedback.
- More focused on customers churning or moving from competitors than the actual product
- No movement in product in what feels like 2 years. Focused on all of the wrong things
- Absolutely clueless leadership. Have gone from a potential player in the game to an afterthought at best. Hide behind performance culture but doesn't seem to apply to the actual bad performers (Directors and above)
