Micromanagement Often management ask you to work overtime or even during weekends without respecting the EU law, just abusing - no paid overtime or weekends CRM tech team part of Sales team - where sales team has no idea how salesforce CRM works and they are alway unsatisfied No clear requirements from business No clear expectations from higher level management, however they fire people on a monthly basis as it results “their fault” Messy company, no normal agreements Non-human attitude Diversity and inclusion is low No raises in salary No benefits, just regular

Pros

The People of Remote are high quality humans and highly motivated professionals. The Products we provide to the market are NEED TO HAVES. Product Market Fit is lights out. New products coming out constantly which equips us with more opportunity to provide even deeper value to our customers. The Opportunity in front of us has never been larger or more attainable. Excited for what's to come.

Cons

A con for some is the pace of change. Remote is a highly dynamic business where the old adage rings true -- "the only constant is change." If this is not your cup of tea, you might think twice about joining us.
