      Pros

      Work life balance Excellent colleagues & culture Autonomy Creative freedom As a start up, things change fast, priorities shift constantly and so you have to adapt. For some people this might be a con, but for me it's a pro.

      Benefits & salaries are not the best

      Highs and lows - they will squeeze you dry

      Pros

      Really good individual contributors that believe in the product. Smart, kind, passionate people who care about this space.

      Cons

      They NEVER promote, barely any raises on a yearly basis. Expectations for the employees go up each year but pay stays the same. They rolled back unlimited PTO and work from anywhere policies. Generally, there has been a huge wave of people leaving from burn out. They push people hard and criticize them for “underperforming”
