      Pros

      Work from home with no micromanaging superiors to report to, great managers selected. Work life balance can’t be beat, and although there will always be some negatives with any employer, the work/life balance that Remote grants alone makes it all undoubtedly a net positive.

      Cons

      Many changes - but that’s standard with any startup. Benefits are base package and no RRSP which would be nice.
