Pros
As soon as I had my first interview, I knew Remote was the company for me. Throughout the recruiting process, I was treated like a human being and with respect (so many companies fail at this). The process was incredibly transparent and kind and was followed by an amazing on-boarding week where you are supported each step of the way (including being assigned your own buddy!). Day to day life at Remote is no different. People are genuinely kind and helpful to each other and are excited to be at work. Management is transparent and really seems to care about their employee’s wellbeing. The company trusts you to do your work wherever and whenever you want to so you can make your schedule your own! The benefits and perks are also second to none. Before I joined, I read every word of the public handbook (Remote.com/handbook) and thought it was sounded too good to be true. I’m proud and happy to say that every word is true. An amazing place to be!

The people are so great but it’s impossible to meet or talk to all 900+ of them!
