Transparent and Engaging Recruitment Process

**Please note that this review only speaks to the recruitment process. The recruitment and hiring process at Remote has been seamless, engaging, and transparent. It is refreshing to not be dragged through weeks or months of interviews, and to be given feedback along the way. As a full-time active job seeker, knowing where my application stood at all points in time with Remote made me much more enthusiastic about the process itself. And even when a small hiccup of uncertainty arose, the transparency allowed me to make a more informed decision about continuing with my application. I truly felt like this recruitment experience was what it should be: both the company interviewing me, and me interviewing the company. This hiring process has set an exceptionally high standard for me going forward!
Cons
The general compensation formula for a role was touched on briefly prior to an offer being made, but it would be helpful to have an approximate range on hand of what is being offered for the role when in the early stages of interviews.
