      Pros

      Flexibility in working schedule and supportive team when it comes to carrying work load Interesting work which offers much to learn from and exciting matters to deal with International exposure and working cross cultures

      Cons

      Questionable leadership When lost, unsure who to approach and often just referred to async searching which creates an overwhelming feeling of being lost and unsure Unlimited time off but rarely taken advantage of due to workload. Will find yourself working over hours more than often

      Excellent people, great product, huge upside potential - startup pains as well

      Pros

      - Excellent people - Very diverse culture - Walk their talk in terms of work/life balance and flexible hours (depending on your job) - Fair comp - Great product

      Cons

      - Startup pains, not always perfectly organized and up to date with processes and documentation of important info - Can take a while for other teams to respond and support sales with deals in progress, which can be really difficult at times, but it's getting better.

      Great senior management, exceptional benefits (stock equity and unlimited PTO), extraordinary company culture.
