There's a strong sense of purpose and trust. One of the biggest highlights for me is the asynchronous culture. It gives me the space to focus, manage my time effectively, and still feel connected across time zones. The compensation is fair, the benefits are solid, and the flexibility is real — it’s not just something they say in the job description. Management is supportive, and I appreciate how much thought goes into documentation and internal processes.
