      Pros

      - Great culture - Solid founders - Solid investors - Very good CFO - Sticky product - Good PTO policy

      Cons

      Compensation tend to be aligned with the average, but recurrently other players offer you better financial opportunities. Most of the time, not enough to compensate for the pluses.

      - Great work/life balance - exactly as promoted - Empathy and care shown throughout most interactions (Leadership, Managers & colleagues) - Flexibility in personal time scheduling and management - Continuously reinforcing the need to take time off and recharge for employees. - Commitment to company values by Leadership. Values are not just promoted for a good feel. - Commitment to act on what has been planned & promised - Positive culture, with growth opportunities

      Cons

      - None. Would be nice to have a large IRL, but not really a con :)

      It was good, until it wasn't

      Pros

      Used to have great values and people that lived them everyday. Unlimited PTO (although nobody can use it do to the workloads). Flexibility.

      Cons

      There seems to be a trend of getting rid of people that speak up. Projects are canceled without explanation. VPs are very far from the operation and don't seek to care. Values like transparency are getting lost.
