      Strong WLB, great people, and company is growing quickly.

      Like any company at this stage there are growing pains but it's not a surprise.

      - Asynchronous work culture - Strong people team leadership - Not high-stress (in my experience) - Flexible work environment

      Cons

      - US based benefits, they're a bit dated and limited - When asking for help or seeking guidance internally the documentation team will tell you "just read more" "read people read" - Mid and upper management are not strong enough to move the organization forward and are empowered to launch vanity projects that have no viability
