It’s very sad that people who are capable of doing good at their job has to go through this process due to lack of opportunities. This is taken as advantage by these consultants. They lock you into their system by introducing reserve system. Basically the extra money from clients that goes beyond employees salary will be stored in this reserve. They promise to use them in times when you loose your job so they can still run your payroll and show to USCIS that you are still working. So that you are not worried about leaving the country. The sad thing about remote tiger is that they hold on to your money which will induce a fear in their employees since they would not give your reserve amount. I hope this will end and consultancies like this will not survive in the market. USCIS should recognize this and give enough opportunities to everyone and also life the 90 day restriction of staying in US without job so people are not living in fear.
