Free snacks. Free boarding. Nothing more I'm just typing to meet minimum character requirement. Just get to the cons already

Cons

Shady practices. They sell you as a "senior" software consultant even if you have 0 experience. They keep the $200k+ from your contacts while giving you a normal junior developer salary.
