The worst of the worst!

Pros

The clients were amazing. They were the only reason this job felt meaningful. I provided exceptional service and was a major contributor to the studio’s success.

Cons

This company will run you into the ground and then act surprised when you burn out. I was expected to do everything—clinical work, sales, cleaning, admin, literal janitorial tasks like scrubbing and cleaning windows—often with no real breaks. The workload was completely unrealistic for one person, and the expectation was to constantly bend over backwards without additional support or compensation. The sales pressure is absurd and manipulative. I had a $75K monthly sales goal and performed well enough to earn an invite to an exclusive Cabo trip for top sellers. The very next year, my goal was doubled—clearly designed to make it nearly impossible to qualify again. On top of that, the bonus structure was changed after I continued to excel in sales, making incentives harder to reach and effectively cutting earning potential. It felt like the company kept moving the goalposts anytime employees started succeeding too much. Management sets unattainable goals, changes compensation without transparency, and normalizes burnout. High performers are exploited instead of rewarded, and expectations constantly increase while support and staffing remain inadequate. Diversity & Inclusion: When I was hired, I was 1 of only 6 Latina employees at the time, and in my experience, there were no people of color in upper leadership. This lack of representation was noticeable and disappointing, especially in a company serving a diverse client base.
