None that I can think of.

Cons

They will run you ragged! They put so much work on the laser techs and then turn around and pay sales consultants the same amount of pay as a laser tech. Sales consultants sit on their butts and get to leave early and mine never helped clean or do anything!

Set schedule. Great coworkers. Helping people.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Lots of turn over. No stability. All about money and making those sales. Bonuses are tied to number of reviews.

Overworked, pay isn't based off experience or being a licensed professional. Front desk staff with no medical/esthetics background gets same hourly rate as a laser technician who does 90% of the work...not really fair. Not that much room for growth.
