Pay Awesome clients Good PTO, and benefits Being a part of a newer (2020) growing company, means change is inevitable. If you are able to take change on and stay open minded this is a great place to be.

Cons

Staffing coverage can be stressful for PTO of call offs.

Pros

Love the work atmosphere/culture. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. I really haven't worked anywhere for longer than 1-2 years and I'm now coming up on year 4 with the company. Training and expectations are clear. Supportive environment & strong leadership.

Cons

Ever changing in bonus structures & PTO over the years. Having to work every Saturday is challenging. One Saturday off without having to use my own PTO but understand why that is not feasible with the number of employees per studio.
