Pros
Since joining the brand 4 weeks ago, I couldn't be happier with my decision to onboard. I took approximately 5 minutes upon entering headquarters to feel like I belonged! The team is inclusive, helpful, fun and engaging. I am impressed with the training process for all hires and the investment in new talent is extensive. (The non-retail hours are a huge perk too!) It's exciting to be a part of a smaller company that has well-positioned plans to scale into something larger and with purpose.
Cons
I wouldn't say Con...I would say it's a sales model based around consultations and providing an exceptional level of service. Personal accountability is certainly required.
