Pros

Steady work on a daily basis

Cons

Long hours, little regard for home time,lack of training, No time off Thanksgiving to Christmas . They will promise you whatever you want to try and get you to stay. They only care about a body being there 12hrs a day 5-6 days a week. problem is turn over because it's a bad place to work

Transportation knowledge, good start to intermodal work.

Too many to count. Gossip, favoritism, and lack of support for supervisors by upper management to name a few.
