This organization has great time off policies, sick time, etc. there's also flexible scheduling.
Cons
Pay is competitive or equal, especially after an acquisition. They allow leadership to bully entire teams. People are appointed to growth positions, regardless of qualifications (and without a proper recruitment process). There's a requirement to be "aware" of the business 8-8, 24/7.
