With that comes the typical frustrations of working for a larger company where most of the C-suite team seem removed from what sales is actually doing and how transactions really go down with customers. Raises aren’t really raises unless you’re moving from the right role to very specific other roles. They’ll find a way to make it a wash once the compensation plan comes out. It’s pretty demoralizing. Some people are just really underpaid for how incredible they are at their jobs.

Lay offs, being replaced by AI, and live chat workers overseas who have zero understanding of the products. Pay is far below competition.
