      Great until supervisor change

      Good PTO and good starting wage

      Cons

      Raises are few and far between. Micro-managed and "team meetings" are a huge waste of time. Changing supervisors too often and the one I had when I left was a big reason I gave up on Renaissance.

      Pros

      For the most part the work life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      It really depends on who your manager is. With the quick growth there were some acquisitions and with that people who were moved around and put in leadership who are very inexperienced and have no business being people leaders but they needed to justify the high salaries they were making at other companies before the acquisitions.
