Pros

Not many at all. Talented people on the ground but otherwise completely toxic.

Cons

Good old boys’ club that only invites in young, pretty white women if they toe the line. Horrible Customer Success department with outright cruel leaders who gas light and manipulate. Worked the longest hours of my life and was told I just needed time management micromanagement from my supervisor.

Wonderful co-workers and a few of those left who are very knowledgeable long term employees. Learned a lot from them!

Cons

Don’t make any mistakes or they’ll file a complaint to put into the permanent folder or gossip about you to other employees… which would be worse?? Sometimes people make little mistakes, and I mean trivial mistakes even if the customer says “ it’s okay, we learned a LOT!” And they renew their very expensive product…..it’s NOT okay with RL, they want PERFECTION.

Work from home office. Great peers. Good benefits.

Cons

Managers are hired based on being a "yes-man," not managerial skills. HR admits they have mediocre managers though they aren't willing to follow up on issues. Very compartmentalized, not much room for advancement within each department.
