Pros

Teamwork at REnaissance is solid.

Cons

Like every company, there are cons. I believe for the most part its a great company, but you always have a few rotten apples who like to stir up trouble with any and everyone they come in contact with.

Pros

Great culture & message. Pay is comparable. Great for someone who is self-directed

Cons

Upper Management doesn't have clear procedures published on what a "successful" year for a CSM looks like, so its hard to maximize a bonus, since there is no established criteria. Reactive vs proactive in giving staff the tools to succeed.
