Pros

Everyone I know here believes in teacher support and student growth. In the last few years especially, there has been additional effort in employee growth. The compensation is comparable to similar companies in the area. The benefits are great and our HR team is constantly looking for ways to improve them.

Cons

The company has been owned by several investment firms over that past 6 years or so. It results in a cadence of doing something big at the end of every third year that can feel like going against our mission and purely focus on the next sale.

Popular product and widely used. Employees are very supportive of each other and willing to help others.

Cons

Culture of upper management could be better. Management is poor in supporting and helping their field reps. Inconsistent direction and lots of favoritism. Plenty of unhappy employees and expectation is highly unrealistic. Pay is laughable. Lowest pay I’ve ever had. Especially for the amount of work required. Nothing really new to offer customers and products are overpriced.

Cons

People are let go regularly, it breeds a feeling of uncertainty and discomfort. I was warned about this before coming to work here and it has been proven true.
