Bad Managment - Toxic Working Enviroment

The mission is consistent and significant.

Cons

Expectations are not set but we are expected to follow them. Everyone (including management) runs things differently and it is not being addressed. Equity is not the same across the board. Management training is almost non-existent. HR is not involved in essential duties you would see in other big companies. Leading all managers to run teams differently causing toxic work environments. New managers are not given training regardless if they have experience or not. Employees are not being treated fairly and if they voice their concerns they get treated differently.

Fast moving company that is top of the industry. Lot's of tools to help me do my job. My manager is fantastic!

Cons

Lot's of acquisitions can mean a lot of glitches but we are working through them.
