The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Mid-level sales managers will lie to you, play favorites, reprimand you unfairly, hand you unreasonable goals and provide zero support, and no matter how much positive recognition you receive ( 10 sales awards over 10 years) you will never really feel safe, trusted or valued! Also, I would take any positive reviews on here with a grain of salt as I was personally asked if I would come and leave a positive review a couple times by my direct manager. Renaissance cares deeply about what is said here, because their reputation has been plummeting over the years.
