Pros

The best thing about working at Renaissance is the benefits. Unlimited PTO, 20 Weeks Paternal leave, and lots of holidays off to spend with family. In my position we were given the option to continue to work from home or work in the office. i feel like this company is trying to give a great work life balance to employees.

Cons

For the position I am in I feel a little underpaid. I know others in the company at my level are making more and asking for more money I am met with the budget is tight and we can't afford to pay you more.

Cons

Always Expanding with no clear end goal Poor Training Material Questionable Management Sales Oriented with no real plan for Supporting their preexisting customers
