      Incredible company, but layoffs are brutal

      Pros

      Best company I've ever worked for in terms of benefits, work-life balance, coworkers, and general fulfillment, but they've been doing periodic layoffs every 6 months for the last few years and I was unfortunately part of the most recent round.

      - Competitive pay - Work / life balance - Culture

      Cons

      - Layoffs, promises of no more layoffs, then more layoffs - Management is rigid and long-lived. If you have a manager who is unkind to you, you have to deal with it or risk stirring the pot - Mistakes from up high are often blamed down low. - Company only sticks to its mission statement for customers that pay a lot of money.
