Pros

Interesting and engaging clients that allow for a lot of net new thinking as you go. Unfortunately there is a bit of a caste system tied to who you know.

Cons

Long work hour bursts associated with the uneven nature of custom project work. Nature of the business.

Pros

35 hour work weeks if you work night shifts Work is easy, but the complacency of others who have been here 150 years will try to persuade you to stay here for life. Don't do it Oh, and free lunch.

Cons

This firm is adverse to change (some groups more than others). The pay is horrible unless you started in the 1990's. The bonus structure is terrible. I know my value on the street, and all in, I am worth double my total take home from Ren.
