Not BOA, so that's a positive.

Cons

Unbelievably slow to respond groups working out of tupelo. The HR department seems to be run by those with sixth grade educations. After the merger, bonuses stopped and their pay is below average. Absolutely the worst systems I have ever used in my banking career. This stuff looks like it was designed in 1980 and God forbid any two systems actually talk to each other. Want to move up the chain? You better want to live in the middle of Mississippi. God help you.

Cons

With the exception of working with very dated systems, I haven't spent enough time under current administration to confidently say.
