Pros

Great hours and major holidays off

Cons

Every branch is short staffed. We have branches working with three tellers (some of who anre titles personal bankers) and can barely take lunch or bathroom break. Customers constantly complain on having to wait. Unclear on guides and how to complete certain tasks. When you email someone they tell you to look at the pipe to. The how to told me to email you. Feel they care more about the dollar than the employee. All local banks limit hours during holiday seasons and we are required to work before and after every major holiday with non limited times. Manager can take 2 hour long lunches but short staffed branches on the line can’t get a break. Also most manager take all major holidays off leaving other staff with small children at work and missing the opportunity to make memories.
