No weekends, lots of holidays off. Paid time off and sick time. Commission for sales

Cons

Horrible management. Products and services were not that great. Technology was ancient. Having to batch work. Not a lot of networking opportunities. Not great employer if you’re looking for growth. Employees very unprofessional.
