Pros

Pay is decent, flexibility, great managers who listen and take action, fun environment, great 401k program and the match is great as well, many more pros....

Cons

Pay could be more competitive with the market but is still decent. PTO/sick time is okay but could have more time allotted, you have to be with the company 4 years before getting an additional week. Health insurance is a little high for the employees cost and are not the greatest plans. Vision and dental are decently priced and good plans though. No more cons here.

Cons

They don’t want to pay you for your work - they’ll take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Communication between different groups is awful. Policies change without everyone being aware.
