Pros

good benefits, vacation/ sick pay, hours

Cons

The location I worked at was very clicky. If you knew a superior was incorrect on bank knowledge and you tried to politely correct them, you would basically be harassed. This superior was so rude to me that I think she was convinced that I was just going to quit, I didn't, so she came up with a lie that gave them no choice but to fire me.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and 401 match. Enjoyable environment. I was in a branch that was bought out by Renasant and the transfer from one name to another was made easier by the help from renasant trainers and auditors. Schedule is predictable and you are paid for bank holidays.

Cons

Teller Training isn't done in store. You are sent to a HQ for training. I was sent to Tupelo Mississippi. They pay for your trip, food, and lodging and it isn't a very long ordeal but still, I would have enjoyed for it to be in my home branch.
