Pros

Company leadership is strong. CEO is very friendly and person centric, from the executive team down to the janitor. Pay was decent Good 401k match Managed retirement fund options through internal wealth management depart, funds did very well. Good educational assistance programs

Cons

Some of the leadership refuses to understand how operations should functions Some management will overpromise compensation increases IT leadership was iffy at best after the CIO took a new position

Convenient location and ok hours if you are not at a Saturday branch.

Cons

Very behind the competition with employee benefits and they don't care. Starting pay for tellers is lower than McDonalds. No paid maternity leave. They quite literally sent packs of highlighters to all of the front line employees at the peak of COVID as a thank you for being client facing.
