Pros

the brand name, and if you are in the right place with the right people, you MIGHT get a nice team (although I have heard terrible things about many teams due to harrassment)

Cons

- toxic place - manager and director who do not care about their employees - only focused on deliveries (failing ones though) and not people's well being - you don't have a safe place to talk about what is going on - I needed to escalate for help and I still didn't have a response they only have sexual harrassment policy (only as if it was the only issue over there with most men over women...) if you are getting in, be careful with your mental health
