Pros
I’ve worked across several industries from fortune 500 companies to start up employers. I can honestly say that Rendr’s culture is unique. On a daily basis I partner with some of the smartest people I’ve ever met, and the mission to provide for the underserved is also felt internally with the kindness and respect that everyone has for one another, focusing on common goals. It is certainly a fast-paced results driven environment, and it is fun to see your work quickly have a meaningful impact on a fast growing organization.
Cons
As with any young company there are processes/procedures that are still being developed. If you understand start ups, and the the adaptability required to scale a business this is not an issue at all though.
