      They are willing to hire inexperienced staff and provide training. The training is quite comprehensive. If you lack experience but are interested in the healthcare system, you might want to give it a try.

      Cons

      They require employees to be bilingual, MUST speak Chinese, because they target the Asian patients.And Lack of opportunities and they will ask you to extra work of your position,but pay low
